At Chelle Belle Stitch and Soap, all of our products are handmade with care and intention. Because of the personal nature of our soaps and crochet items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene an safety reasons.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there is an issue with your order-such as receiving the wrong item or a product that arrives damaged-please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup at Chelles.stitch.soap@gmail.com. We will do our best to make it right.

At Chelle Belle Stitch and Soap, each order is handcrafted with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your items are shipped.

We currently ship within the United States using standard shipping through USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Local pickup may be available in the Charlotte, NC area.  If you're nearby, please reach out before placing your order to make arrangements.
